Dr. Thomas Heflin, DDS

This week I broke a molar with a filling and was able to schedule and get in to see Dr. Heflin the next day. He quickly assessed and repaired the damaged tooth with no pain or discomfort. He will now be our new family dentist. All of the Hefin Team are very courteous and professional.

I first saw Dr. Heflin about 15 years ago. After a long hiatus, I made an appointment for a long overdue exam and teeth cleaning. He had moved his practice to a new office building on Carmel Ave NE off Paseo del Norte (the old one was on Montgomery) which has more space and conveniently located. A week later I broke a tooth and Dr. Heflin quickly got me into the office to examine the damage. The fix was a crown. The entire procedure was painless and non-eventful. Dr. Heflin is an excellent dentist, easy to talk to and an overall great guy! The entire experience from making an appointment, check-in, exam and procedures was excellent. The entire staff make you feel comfortable and like family. If you need a dentist or have not seen one in awhile, I highly recommend Dr. Heflin and his staff. You will not be disappointed!

Dr Heflin is a great dentist! I had a root canal, porcelain crown, and bridge done this year and am so happy. The front desk is knowledgeable in insurance with my questions. Everyone was nice and Dr. is upfront with pricing and they give treatment plans to let you decide if you want work. My family and I love Dr. Heflins Office!

This dr is worthless.. he hardly takes any insurance beside delta.. his crowns are made out of metal not porcelain, he will rip you off and he keeps on deleting my comments.

I received a root canal from Dr Heflin...seemed great when he did it, but I was in a lot of pain even up to a week later. I paid over 1500 for it as I don't have dental insurance. He refused to take any responsibility or reimburse anything to me...and I had to have the tooth removed. This dentist is not recommended.

Dr. Heflin has provided dental care for our family for many years--since he started his practice. The office staff are top notch! I recently decided to have some cosmetic dental work on my front top teeth and was very nervous about it. The results were better than I could have imagined! I knew I would never trust another dentist to do this work and was not disappointed. I would recommend Tom and his staff to anyone looking for a great dentist. Thanks again Tom! I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Heflin. He and all of his staff always take great care of me.
