New to Philadelphia and visited with Dr. Kohler and his team on August 5th. I came away very impressed - in all facets. From the check-in to the thorough (and understandable) explanation from Kelly (at the front desk) on next steps for my procedure. At check-in, instead of me having to fill out 5 pages of paper documents on a clipboard, Kelly called me up and verbally asked me the essential questions to which i verbally responded and she input them on an iPad (meaning, i did not have to do all of that). Next, when i visited with Dr. Kohler, instead of proceeding directly to the consult, he took 10 minutes to "get to know me", which made all the difference and put me more at ease (while also making me feel comfortable with his experience level). Finally, i just received a hand written thank you note in the mail from Dr. Kohler for becoming a new patient. I myself still write hand written thank you notes and believe they remain meaningful gestures, so i am especially impressed. I

Life Dentist. Did complicated procedure. Excellent dentist, fine person. He turned a potential problem in to a great outcome!
