Dr. Thomas Magnuson, DDS

The staff, along with Dr. Magnuson have a way of calming my dental anxiety.

I’ve been at this office since I was a child, probably 15 years, so I always go here for dentist related things. I schedule an appointment for today about 2 months ago and needed it for 330pm or later. Am told ok no problem you’re in for 330pm may 25th. I ask about insurance and get told they don’t deal with the insurance I have through work. Last week I call to confirm my insurance isnt in network for this office but a different lady tells me oh we accept all kinds of delta dental. So today I’m called about coming in at 2pm so i tell another different lady I can’t make it until my appointment at 330pm and she later tells me all appointments are by the hour and she says it’s by the hour so we have to reschedule you instead of getting me in at 330pm and tells me they only accept one kind of delta dental. Now the next appointment available is end of august or if I get lucky on cancellation list. The front office here has gone way down hill since I had been here last

Everyone I came in contact with, by phone and in person, was very friendly, understanding and listened well. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff in the office, especially Dr. Magnuson.

Our whole family of 7 has been with Dr. M for 10 years. We highly recommend him.
