Dr. Thomas Nasser, DDS

Be cautious in selecting Dr. Nassar as an endodontist. Although there are positive reviews of this doctor, look closely at his one star reviews to see a pattern of unprofessional behavior. At my consultation, Dr. Nassar greeted me with: “Hi, I’m Dr Nassar. (Handshake) I’m crazy; are you crazy? Now, the only way this is going to work today is if I do the talking and you do the listening. I am the endodontist here.” This behavior continued throughout the rest of my appointment. Dr. Nasser berated me for interrupting him, chastised me for placing my mouth incorrectly on the CAT scan mouthpiece and scolded me for not listening to him. He discussed other practitioners and former employees. At the end, Dr Nassar sat down to draw an illustration of a root canal, and after finishing, put his pen and paper down, folded his arms across his chest and said my body language indicated I was not interested in a root canal so I should leave. He said he could use the extra time for a long lunch.

For those afraid of root canals, you should have no fear with Dr. Nasser. He is a perfectionist and does the job thoroughly and correctly the first time and without any pain whatsoever! I was amazed at how quickly the procedure was over as well. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser to anyone that needs a root canal.

There are always horror stories that I have heard regarding root canals. I am very pleased to say that this was NOT the case when I visited Dr. Nasser's office for my very first root canal. On the contrary, there was absolutely no pain (other than the needle right at first), but that was short-lived. From the consultation day, right down to the actual day of the root canal procedure, all staff, especially Dr. Nasser, was very polite and pleasant and explained everything that I was going to be experiencing. Actually, Dr. Nasser made my visit very informative, showing me CAT scan and X-ray results which helped me understand the structure of my teeth and how the root canal procedure would occur. Many thanks to this organization for making this a much more pleasurable experience than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend Dr. Nasser and his Endodontist-expertise to any anyone needing such treatment.

Love that he explain everything what he is doing. Usually when they do the injections for numb you hurt he is very gentle.

Dr. Nasser and his staff were very patient, kind and professional. Dr. Nasser thoroughly explained everything while he did the same work which helped me not be so nervous. When there was some discomfort, he immediately stopped and adjusted what he was doing whether that was further numbing or using a different drill. I had a complicated case and he handled it well. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Nasser to anyone who needs a root canal.

Dr. Nasser was extremely personable, knowledgeable and competent. He took the time to review all the slides with me before beginning the procedure. Dr. Nasser also explained each step as he completed it. His manner made me feel very relaxed and confident in the process. I learned a lot too! It is evident that Dr. Nasser truly loves what he does and takes pride in doing a wonderful job! It was a bonus that I did not have to wait a single minute for my appointment. When I returned to my primary care dentist to have the permanent filling, she remarked that she had never seen such a detailed and competent report as the one he sent to her. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nasser to friends and family.

Wow! What a great experience this was. I always thought a root canal was painful, but I've had fillings replaced that hurt worse. Dr. Nasser and his team are consummate professionals; his work is like witnessing an artist. His soothing tone and explanations took all the anxiety out of this. I was also surprised that his cost was less than that of the crown from my normal dentist. Watch your insurance: they usually cap out at $1000 for both root canal and crown anyway so I'd much rather make sure

Very friendly manner with the patient. Carefully listens to questions and gives clear answers. Explains the treatment as being done which I found comforting. I would highly recommend him.

I was very nervous but he put me at ease, answered all my questions and explained everything as it was happening. It was painless and I had no problems after my root canal. I had an hour’s drive to his office, but well worth it.
