Excellent Care
An emergency appointment with a broken tooth. Diagnosed and tooth extracted with little to no pain. Definitely recommend this dentist.

During my appointment, the issue was something other than what was expected and I had a severe and extreme reaction to the treatment. Dr. Seretis was unprepared even though he knew of my medical limitations. I have attempted to reach him to work out an amicable settlement for his failure to be prepared to properly treat me, and he has ignored my correspondence as well as my request for a copy of my records. He also ignored the BBB complaint I filed. I have submitted a complaint to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and contacted legal counsel for additional actions. I would never ever recommend him or his office, Aspen Dental in Bourbonnais as he is unprepared in an emergency and untrustworthy, in my opinion.
