Urbandale family dentistry is not organized. They tried to convince me I had to have a full panoramic x-ray even though my last dentist already x-ray'd each tooth in the last year, presumably to pocket the insurance payment. I also had to wait nearly 3 months for an appointment and when I arrived they stated I was 15 minutes late (I was actually 15 minutes early) and that they could perform the x-ray (the money maker) but not clean my teeth and I'd have to reschedule. Hippocratic oath anyone?
