Appointments are always canceled and rescheduled. Appointments you schedule with the office staff are not in or correct in their system. The front office is unorganized and does not care about the inconvenience they cause to patients.

Loving the new office and decor. The iPad's in the waiting room are a plus!! My kids are always excited for their dental visits. Dr. Tierney is always great with explaining the recommended treatment for my children.

have been coming here for nearly four years with my eight-year-old son, Logan, and it's been awesome. The waiting room is bright and cheerful with video games and toys, and the front desk is always friendly. The ladies who do the x-rays/cleanings have been amazing (shout out to Kiki!). Dr. P and Sharon tag team super effectively to keep his mind off of the tough stuff and even have a special nickname for him that makes him feel special. Their chairside manner is phenomenal.

Very upset and disappointed in the staff at office. Appointment was rescheduled for today at 5pm. As I took off work early, got my daughter out of practice early, on my way to appointment, then I get a phone call asking me am I coming to appointment, telling me appt was at 4:30 And not 5:00. Really, cause you just called my Husband asking him if we could come in early at 4:30 so we could fill out some forms. Needless to say tried to make it my fault for scheduling appt at 5. Not going back! ??
