He was nice, staff was not, but most importantly his work is still being corrected.

Dr. Aldrich and team are very professional and skilled in their work. They are always on time with my appointment. I like everyone there very much.

Reading about the hygienist by previous person, I was hesitant to have my teeth cleaned. From walking in the door, I was greeted by a friendly voice and a nice fireplace in the waiting room. I was called back on time, which is unusual from any other office I have been to. The hygienist was very patient with me because I have a strong gag reflex and am terrified of dentist. My teeth felt great when I left and I was able to get an estimate of my treatment before scheduling. I will be going back.

This guy is a also a coward. He writes me a letter about how he isn’t my dentist any longer. That’s great but I fired you and your rude hygentist that torchered my mouth. You are an entitled dentist who over plays your hand. Just because your a dentist doesn’t allow you the ability to judge how your help handles your customer. Being the customer I decided to fire you and your help. I am qualified to judge my experience with your sophomoric staff.

I went to have my dental needs for years insured. He wasn't very personalable. I wondered if he was any good. He was unshaven. But you can't judge by appearances. Would he take care of my teeth if he didn't care about his own appearance. Several procedures. However, when I retired uninsured, They said, "We don't take Medicare, but do you want an exam?" 5 min. later the bill was $42. If Insured he makes $, but he won't service seniors but will gouge one for a 5 min look at their teeth. Unkind.
