Dr. Timothy Brooks, DMD

I finally found a Dentist in Huntsville that I was comfortable with, who, I thought, understood my needs. After having several bad experiences with other Dentists previously, I came to Dr. Brooks with great expectations after talking with some of his staff. After my third visit, I was told that they were NOT going to be able to accommodate me and my insurance, that they are no longer accepting Delta Dental new-patients, I had been to him three times for Root Canal and crown. His staff out right LIED to me, with a smile on her face, if you did not want me as a patient, then you should have told me upfront, so that I could have found another dentist that would be willing to work with me, rather than say you are no longer accepting new patients with Delta Dental. Yes, I was uncomfortable initially, and I explained my past experiences to the staff and Dr. Brooks, but that didn't matter in the long run. If you DON'T want to be lied to by his staff, then find another dentist.

The office staff was wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Brooks was honest and straight forward. It was a great experience and I highly recommend him

I have been going to Dr. Brooks for a number of years and I would highly recommend him and his staff Most recently I had a clasp break off my bridge and Dorinda the office manager scheduled my appointment for 7:30am. The assistant did a great job making the impressions and they sent the bridge to the lab for repair. I went back that afternoon at 2:30pm to be fitted and adjusted. Dr, Brooks took the time to make the adjustments and insure it was comfortable to me while being secured. Dr. Brooks and his staff are professional and do great work!

I've had a wonderful time with Doctor Brooks and his staff they treat me accordingly and they always ask how I'm doing the office is friendly darinda office manager she is a darling and the other staff personnel are sweethearts and this is the first dentist office in a long time that's has treated me with respect and

This man takes his time to make sure you are comfortable before doing any invasive work. I couldn't be happier with his work. His attention to detail is absolutely amazing. I wished I had came here many many years ago!
