The front office staff are smug and rude! I had the wrong date for my appointment. As soon as I said I was there for my appointment one of the girls had a look on her face of disgust. They barely said anything to me but that I was there on the wrong day. The other one couldn't have a bigger smug look on her face. No understanding or say things like that happen. Basically they made it clear that I was bothering them at the end of the day and they didn't want to deal with me.

Dr. Jump was able to install an extremely difficult crown into the back of my mouth some years ago. I had moved to the east coast, saw another dentist for exams, and he commented on the skill and craftmanship of Jump's work. Dr. Jump is friendly and a good listener too.
