I am a regular patient of Dr. Palmer. I have spent a great deal of money on my teeth over the past year. However, when I had uncontrollable pain and went to the office for an evaluation, I will billed 114.00! Firstly, since I was not given a bill or required to pay up front, as is the norm, AND I had to be referred to a specialist for a root canal, I though the visit was done as a courtesy!
Imagine my surprise when I received a bill totaling 114.00!
What ever happened to loyalty and appreciation?
