WE LOVE BCO! Dr. Welsh only starts treatment when the time is right and only suggested to us what was necessary. My family has complete trust that his priority is his patients. He also has the most advanced treatment options in the area – 3D printed braces made just for each patient - how cool is that! My son went in for his first visit at age 7 and he wasn’t ready for treatment, so Dr Welsh watched his growth for free as part of their Kids Club. He got an expander a year later and how his smile is wide and stunning! I love it there so much, I became a patient too! Treatment is efficient and office visits are less than expected because of the custom printed brackets I chose to get – amazing time saver for this busy mom! Honestly, getting a consult here is a no-brainer. There’s a free consult with Dr Welsh with complimentary x-rays too. They treat you like family, like you're their only patient. It’s the best doctor’s office experience we’ve ever had – I wish they all were like this!

My experience with Dr. Walsh has been disappointing due to unexpected delays in the treatment process - attributable either to his failure to properly anticipate the requirements of my treatment, or his vendor's inability to produce the appliances required in a timely manner - and to a bait and switch treatment plan initially represented as high tech, and only later (following payment, of course) involving rubber bands (?). So much for high tech... As is customary in our healthcare nonsystem, the burdens of the practitioner's failures are borne by the patient, and not the practitioner, who collects their fee in full in any event.

Dr. Welsh offers exceptional care, customized to your personal needs. He truly listens and cares about what you are expecting out of treatment. The office environment is clean, comfortable and up-to-date. If you need to bring along children who are not in treatment, there are games and a "movie theater" to keep them occupied while the doctor sees you. The staff is really great and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Welsh to help you with any orthodontic need.

Always thorough and answers all my questions. My daughters is unbelievable good hands. Her smile is looking better and better.
