Disappointing!
My child was seeing for hygiene appointment today. The hygienist didn't even scale her teeth with instruments. We only got polish and flossing. My child has been complaining about her gums being uncomfortable after her teeth were flossed. Apparently she was extremely rough. The dentist came to check her and he was not interested in hearing what I had to say. He didn't even listen and I had questions about her teeth. I feel like they go for the quantity and not the quality of care. Very disappointing...
