Most Horrific Nightmarish Dental Experience
This was my toddler's first dental appointment, and it turned out to be the most unprofessional, horrific experience. Walking into their tiny waiting room, your very first impression of the space is that it is dirty. It was simply unclean, with walls in horrible condition, outdated decorational wall toys with layers of dust; and for a children's dentist, no toys or books or anything to distract the children. It's just a digital game in the corner room that didn't even work correctly with dirty floormat pieces, and that's legitimately all you get while they make you wait and wait and wait and wait. We first waited 45 minutes to get called back even though we walked in on time for our scheduled appointment! Dr. Collins made a point to say that her camera would say otherwise instead of apologizing for the actual lengthy wait. Can you imagine waiting that long with a toddler? Unprofessional and dishonest!
