Dr. Tuquyen Nguyen, DMD

On Sunday at Mass (1/23/22), my partial cap on a molar came out. I called Oaks dental and left a message. I am a snow bird without dental insurance and my up north dentist retired right before the pandemic, so no dentist at all. Today, I just got back from my morning swim and received a call at 8:02. They took me immediately. The staff, DDS Nguyen, and all were terrific. In just under 2 hours I left with a temporary crown. Friendly, gentle dentist and dental assistant. I highly recommend Oak and DDS Nguyen and staff.

A terrible dentist. A terrible dentist. Should I repeat again... A terrible dentist. Oaks Dental in the Villages - provided me care using xrays that were not even mine. When she replaced a broken crown she told me I needed a root canal and gum surgery. I refused the gum surgery because it made no sense to me. My crown is great I have no complaints. Sadly because she didn't bother to do a thorough job my first appt by using x-rays from previous dentist that were NOT even my teeth (seriously). I ended up needing three additional crowns after I was told by her when I came back after having pain in a tooth that "Insurance doesn't cover pain and cracked teeth" I was shocked. My insurance does pay for crowns of cracked painful teeth. PLEASE do yourself a favor and get a second opinion if she says tooth pain is not covered. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion if she says you need gum surgery. Do yourself a favor and have her review closely any transferred xrays and make sure she can

Dr. Nguyen is the BEST I have ever been to. She spends so much time with you, is knowledgeable, and kind. I now live in NY but I schedule all of my dental work with her. I trust her with my life. Before I met her I had a fear of the dentist which caused me to avoid seeing the dentist until things got really bad and I could hardly chew. She fixed all of my problems conservatively and effectively. She worked with my insurance to get the most out of my dental plan. She always asks me about school.

After trying four different dentist in The Villages I am very happy I discovered oaks dental care. Went in this morning for first visit which included x-rays exam and cleaning. Everyone was super nice and helpful and I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist to check them out.

This is no other dentist I would trust with my smile. From her knowledge to perfectionism in her work, she is top notch! She truly cares for her patients, and treats them like family. We have moved our entire family to her office, recommended many of our friends, and will continue to do so. Best dentist in The Villages!
