Promptness and courtesy permeate the office. Have used him for over 40 years and have never had a complaint. Always available to take care of urgent problems, rare as they were.

After running my routine visit through insurance it turned out I still owed $67. Without even giving me a chance to pay or take care of it I got a call from their office threatening to turn me over to a collection agency if I didn't immediately give them my card number over the phone. This guy is pathetic.
