I had an appointment and it took a long time to get seen then it takes more than an hour for x-rays and checking my teeth. you then have to schedule to get a cleaning that can take up to a month. then if you need work you have to schedule another appointment. some of us don't have the time to skip work.

I have been fearful of the dentist for years due to a phobia of needles . I desperately needed a root canal and a crown .Dr.Waddell was so patient with me and I felt no pain during the injection or root canal . I highly recommend her ! She is the best to Dentist ever !

Dr.Waddell is the best dentist we have in Gastonia.I worked for her for 8 years. If you ever have a chance to work for her you would not want to work anywhere else.First she is your friend to all employees and equal to all her staff.Thanks Dr.Waddell your the best.

I had my 6th month check up yesterday, I wasn't feeling so well. They made sure I was ok and talked to me like family

I enjoyed visiting and recieving service from Dr. Waddell and her staff. They were friendly and thorough. I recieved a cleaning and am very satisfied with the results.

I will be the first to tell you that I do not like to go to the dentist, but faced with a bit of emergency (cracked tooth) I needed to find one quick. I got an appointment immediately and the rest was nothing but an amazing experience. The staff were so friendly, the atmosphere was calming and believe it or not the extract of my broken tooth was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Waddell. Thank you Dr. Waddell and staff.

Since my first appointment, the staff has been so friendly. Dr Patel & the Assistants always take time to ask questions about my procedures then answer questions I have. They explain every procedure in detail. Cheryl, the Assistant, took time to show & explain to me how to care for my partials. Thank you to Dr. Waddell for having such a caring as well as professional staff. ?

My original appointment was for 2pm 10/12/17. An hour before my appointment I was asked can I come at 4 pm and I agreed. I arrive promptly at 4 pm, no one was at the reception desk for check-ins. So I'm in the waiting room, and I dont get called back until 4:30 pm. I told the lady (office manager ??) That I had another appointment at 5:15, and would I be out in enough time. Her response we'll do an exam and xrays and reschedule your cleaning. After the exam and xrays, its 5pm. The same lady stat

I had to move but I wish I could have taken Dr. Waddell and her practice with me! They are wonderful! They were always respectful, organized, and level-headed. I always felt like Dr. Waddell had my best interests in mind. I have gone to three different dental practices since I left Gastonia and they were all terrible. If you are able to have Dr. Waddell as a dentist, please don't take that for granted!

I am writing this review the day after my services... I am still in awe of my experience. I had a deep cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction in the same day. My dental hygentist was awesome! she kept me upbeat because I was so very nervous! My teeth after the fact looked and felt 110% I'm not exaggerating this office is amazing. I'm still wondering how Dr. Waddell got my tooth out without me knowing?? I recommend this office to anyone that wants to receive pain free excellent service??
