It cost $350 for a sales pitch! Staff didn't greet patients in the waiting room, even when they came back from lunch break. The two receptionists didn't even acknowledge the three patients waiting. I don't appreciate the stack of intake forms to complete just moments before calling me back to my appointment. I came 15 minutes early for a reason. ?? I really did not appreciate the hygenist leaving my mouth stretched out for minutes on end as she waited for the computer to load pictures and then putzed around on it. ?? When *I* called back to follow-up, the receptionist didn't offer any possible payment options, but instead of just repeated "you have no out-of-network coverage" like a broken record. She also refused to recommend other professionals nearby that offer the same treatment and might be in-network (and made me repeat my question three times before she answered it!). Are you in the business of helping people or just lining your pocket book?

I have been to several Dentists in my 48 years of life. Never before have I had such a positive and relaxing experience as I have had with Dr. Tovar. Mackenzie did an incredible job cleaning my teeth and did not cause me one bit of pain. Dr. Tovar does a great job in explaining what they find during the exam or see on the X-ray and offers me options to extend my oral health. My Teeth are happier now that I go to Dr. Veronica Tovar, DDS Family Dental Care
