first my 10 appointment started at 10:25 5 of those minutes was my fault because I asked for clarification on my teeth cleaning and 20 of those minutes was the staffs fault. they blamed me for not being able to get the one third quadrant of my teeth cleaning done which was only scraping of my teeth because I asked questions but they were 20 minutes late and my next appointment isn't until September which I will not be going back to Dr Richlands office because the level professionality.

If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. I urge you to go somewhere else.
No one ever returns calls when you leave a message, and trying to get in for an appointment takes weeks or months.
Once you do get in for an appointment, expect to wait well beyond your scheduled appointment time, and to be treated with disrespect by the receptionist.
Incredibly rude staff, and the dentist seems to encourage this behavior. She actually laughs at you if you try to lodge a complaint

I have been a patient for over five years. I also am a professional, and I appreciate her expertise, caring, and office staff. I could use insurance elsewhere, but prefer to pay for the best.

Dr Reichlein has always been able to provide excellent dentil care, even in emergencies. She has cared for my wife and me for a number of years. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who wants to get good dentil care at affordable prices.

She is the first Dentist I've ever been to that you really feel completely comfortable. My teen's love her too. Greatest since of humor!! Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Dr. Reichlein and staff are fantastic. Scheduling is easy and reminder calls are given. They all do their best to keep things relaxed and comfortable as much as possible. A very skilled and caring group of people who realize being at the dentist is not everyone's idea of fun so they strive to make it a painless and easy process.
