Dr. Vikas Jain, DMD

I had to have an old cavity (from more than 10 years ago) replaced as well as a wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Jain did a fantastic job- I had no issues, almost no pain, and would trust him with all my future dental needs.

Dr.Jain is very knowledgeble and does the extraction of aback upper molar with care and professionally. The charges were on the higher side relatively and the administered anesthesia was not covered by insurance.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jain and his staff. My husband has a rare auto immune blistering disease in his mouth. Dr Jain has been very helpful, professional, and compassionate. He even spent considerable time outside of work researching alternative medications to treat the disease. He is coordinating treatment with our specialist and is dedicated to helping my husband. He also has been a good sport in putting up with my husband's dry sense of humor - and believe me, that is significant!

I was able to make an appointment with Dr.Jain without any issue. After examining my tooth he explained he can extract and explained the procedure with patience. He also listened to my problem intently. His office scheduled me and printed me out what it will cost me and what my insurance will pay. On the day of extraction, the dental assistant made me relaxed . Dr.Jain now and then asked me I am ok touching my shoulder. I find this very comforting. It took considerable effort to extract my molar but Dr.Jain intensely worked on it. Explained post operative care procedure. His office personnel were also polite and respectful .All in all I had great experience and glad Dr.Jain is my specialist dentist.

The visit was fine but the charges were not. My insurance only covered 2 procedures at a time more was done so my ins. did not cover it also they do not accept Medicaid so I am stuck with a bill of 393.00 which I think is very unfair.
