I am a patient of this clinic for now a few years, Dr.Viktoriya Kuchuk has been my doctor. Idk any more caring person that would go above and beyond and would do everything her patient needs to such a degree, I personally experienced that. Thank you.

Her work is precise, and it's clear she takes great care in ensuring everything is done properly. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Dr. Viktoriya and her staff is! Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for her patients and their many, diverse needs. Fitting dentures to an individual is quite a daunting challenge to say the least. Patience, persistents and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Viktoriya and her staff come through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Viktoriya and her staff goes beyond the stars! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it!

Dr. Viktoria is the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry. The crowns you did for me feels great. The assistant and front desk people are considerate, caring and great professionals.

My children are very scared of dentists to begin with. But she took the time to talk to them through the procedures and calm them down. She never talked down to the kids - neither did she apply pressure if they were not ready for the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Viktoriya and her staff for kids and adults.

No pain or problems with my extractions and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. She put me at ease, explained the procedure clearly and did not pressure me at all. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

Dr. Kuchek did a crown on my back molar 7 weeks ago at Dr. Bobs in Kenmore after I cracked a tooth. She was not personable at all. It took quite sometime between my initial visit and the insurance approval for the crown, which I had to pay about 50% for. The tooth didn’t hurt but was sharp and rubbing against my cheek. Dr. Kuchek seemed a bit hurried during the procedure. About a day later the crowned tooth was killing me. I’ve had crowns before and I knew it wasn’t normal. I went back to see her 6 days later. She drilled the crown without novocaine and it hurt terribly. She insisted it was normal pain and to call back if it still hurt in 2 more weeks. As it turned out, she hit the pulp in my tooth causing nerve damage & I had to wait 3 more weeks in pain for a root canal. She even suggested my migraines might be causing the tooth pain & not the other way around! I should have insisted on seeing the other competent dentist in the office right then. She was awful.
