Dr. Vincent Vaughters, DDS

Dr. Vaughters himself is fine. He's compassionate and very professional. The staff service has been declining over the years. The office staff is really bad at getting insurance approvals and will lie and say the insurance provider did not respond to them, when in fact they did. This situation made me lose trust. They don't realize that once the insurance approves of a procedure, you (patient) receives the correspondence as well. Insurance that they use to accept, the lady stated they have never accepted it and then when you prove her wrong, she wants to be confrontational. If the office no longer accepts the insurance, then update the system with insurance providers. I really do not think that Dr. Vaughters is aware of the shenanigans his staff is doing. I have been a patient since 2019, but it's time to move on. I don't do inconsistencies, bad customer service and unprofessionalism.

Dr. Vaughters will explain any procedure you are having done. He is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate about his profession and more so his patients. He has been completely honest with me from day 1 and it's been 4 years for me as his patient.

Dr. Vaughters has been my dentist for over 30 years. After all that time, I am still pleased with his excellent care. There's really nothing more to say. The atmosphere is calming, his voice and manner is reassuring, his staff is friendly and helpful, and his professional work is whatever you need. He puts his patients first. After 30 years, I know what I am saying.

Dr. Vaughters is a very knowledgeable and reasonable especially for self pay patients. He takes the time to find the issue and offers great medical advice. My entire family has been patients for years. He is the best hands down! Small intimate office and nice staff.

Dr Vaughters is "old school"...meaning, the likelihood that he will do everything possible to save your natural teeth/smile is great! Unlike the new facilities that substitute the dental hygienist or technician for your dentist, Dr. Vaughters is extremely visible and personable. Go with an open mind and don't be deterred by the absence of all the "trendy" technology placed in other offices. You're in good hands.
