Front desk lady is awful...
Front desk lady is awful. no customer service.. cannot do schedule and billing.. AND LIKE TO LIE!!! She called me once and told me called me multiples times to confirm the schedule. She said my insurance was not paid for a month but my insurance paid 9 days after the visit. She said she could not schedule my filling sooner because it took a month for the insurance company to approve my root canal.. but she did not even contact the insurance a month after I called her....
