Worst Orthodontist
My daughter saw this Dr in the Mount Pleasant office. His bedside manner was rude. He called my daughter and I liars about her retainer. And made us feel that we were interrupting his time. After going to another orthodontist did we find the correct answer about her retainer. And that a retainer does not change shape. The plastic is not able to do so. Her bottom tooth moved slightly and Dr Patel said that if she was wearing the retainer that the retainer would have taken the shape (basically reshaped) to the way that her tooth moved. And that’s impossible for the hard plastic retainer to reshape itself. Dah !

Very attentive to detail, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile for his patients. Staff are wonderful as well! Highly recommend to all whether for a child, adolescent, or adult!
