I called the office the same day I noticed a serious problem. I spoke with Shannon, and she offered me same day appointment for a new patient. She also addressed my concerns regarding no dental insurance and financial expenses. She said all dental work would be fully explained before my decision to proceed with treatment.The office was very clean, attractive designs, with new & comfortable furniture. All equipment, instruments and technology appeared innovative and new.Diana prepared me for the examination by Dr. Dang, explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. Dr. Dang's exam was thorough, giving me recommendations and options, explaining everything. While Diana was taking teeth impressions, Shannon was itemizing all expenses of two options. She had everything printed out in detail.I'm proceeding with a treatment plan in a few days with complete confidence in Dr. Dang and his staff. They couldn't be nicer or more professional.

This was my third visit with Dr Dang and it was really good. I get really nervous going to the dentist but this place makes it a bit more relaxing and basically painless.First time was a checkup and cleaning Second time the Dr felt that I needed to re-do an old filling This third time was my follow up cleaning and second time with Isabelle who is the best at cleaning your teeth with NO pain and very understanding if you feel any discomfort. Already made my next appointment (in August)

Office staff messed up my appointment so it became my fault no one gave me any instructions on what to do for hurting and no antibiotic Dr. Dang is nice but could sure use some better trained help I Will not come back
