Bridge fell out!
Poorly fitting bridge has fallen out TWICE in less than (3) years! Contacted the office, no response no resolution. Not sure they guarantee their work. I do not recommend this dental practice.

Professionalism is poor
This doctor does not like to admit when he has done something wrong and he doesn’t accept responsibility. Of correcting it. He attempted to do a root canal on my tooth and was unsuccessful. Please go to a specialist.. also do not allow them to make those crowns in office. Have them to send them out. I was given a crown that was made in office that has been giving me problems from day one.

Personable and Flexible Service
I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for almost 5 years. When I had a cracked tooth, he was able to make the temporary cap in his office which was convenient for me not having to return for another visit. This demonstrated to me that he keeps his dental care knowledge and skills up-to-date. The staff are professional and friendly.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Brown. Me and my husband have been patient's of his for about 10 years or more. I won't see any other dentist. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and he explains everything his doing. And Lana is the absolute best for my cleanings. Keep up the good work and see you soon.

If you want: * a warm greeting when you enter the office * a professional & knowledgeable team * a team who cares * a team who provides options for the dental care you need *a team that will make your teeth "POP" then this is where you need to be. Dr. Wayman Brown and his team are AWESOME. I left my friend's practice (she is very good) to come to him and don't regret a moment of it.

I recently had a root canal. I was a little anxious because I was awake for the procedure. My fears were eased as Dr. Brown explained each procedure along the way. I felt nothing other than the pinch of the needle to numb my gums. I wasn't in pain either afterwards. Just a slight ache, so I took 1 Ibuprofen about 3 hours after the procedure as a precautionary measure. After that, no pain at all. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend his services.

I have been a patient of Dr. Browns for many years. I find him and his staff extremely warm and personable. My teeth and gums are in excellent condition due to Dr. Brown, my dental hygienist and my semi-annual checkups. I recently had a procedure done which caused me a great deal of anxiety. Dr. Brown spoke with me about the procedure before hand and explained it step by step as he was performing it. Piece of cake. I love Dr. Brown and his team and recommend him without hesitation.

Terrible customer service ! He allowed his receptionist to be very nasty and rude . She didn't have the knowledge to verify insurance through our insurance company if need be . Very impolite and I would not refer anyone to them . He has lost a customer .
