I was referred to the Doctor and staff by a very close friends. My requirements in a dentist. Keep the pain at a minimum if at all. Treat me like the boss.

Only been twice, a filling and a bridge re cement job. I was impressed that he wasnt aggressive and didnt try to 'sell' me a new mouth. I found him to be a competent "mechanic", IE good dexterity and use and choice of tools used. He didnt 'hurt' me. (PS, I am rather mechanically inclined.)

I love this dentist! After moving to Cookeville and not being able to find a dentist I liked, I continued going to Dr. Haston. He knows I have huge fears about dentists since childhood so he treats me accordingly. He doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done. His prices are very reasonable. If you don't have the money, he tries to come up with a temporary fix. You can watch TV while he's working on you. And he shows you your x-rays on the TV to show you exactly what is happening. He can also take pictures of teeth that have issues and also shows them on the TV. Therefore you can see what he's talking about and know that he's not doing something that doesn't need to be done. You also don't have to wait long in the waiting room. He once told me that if you have to wait more than 15 minutes, you know they're having a hard day. I would highly recommend him!
