My wife called me from the car after a teeth cleaning crying because she was charged $300 for a teeth cleaning. I called in and left a message, they called back about 10 minutes later after I posted a negative review. She was extremely rude and said “your wife should have read the documents she signed first.” I asked if they told her verbally and she said it’s in bold on the forms. From reading other reviews, it’s sounds like this person has a track record of treating patients like this. My wife has gone there since she was 13 and has never had issues before. The point of customer service is not to make things worse. Her phone call was not only not helpful, but rude and actually made the whole situation worse. They simply don’t seem to care about their patients, and by their prices it’s clear what they care about. Funny thing is my wife was going to cancel before hand because we have company in town, but there was a $75 cancellation fee. Would have been worth the fee!

I had a great experience in-office, but that was offset 4 months later when I got a bill for an additional amount - an additional amount which brings the total to 2X what I was told I would have to pay in office (& paid upfront), 4 months ago. Ultimately, I won't be returning because I don't want to sign up for services when I don't know for sure what amount I'll be paying at the end of the day (especially with a discrepancy that makes it 2x the original amount) Word of caution.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Wayne since the mid 1980's! He goes above and beyond for his patients! We drive from Mansfield to see him...he is that good! I definitely trust his judgement!
