Dr. Weidong Wang, DDS

I was referred by a family member, my first visit was normal. Fully staffed and very friendly. The following year was different, less staff still friendly and over worked and not appreciated. The last time I went it was for a root canal , while using the hot gun or whatever it is they use he literally argued with his employee while working on my mouth. I figured being he started my work I had to stay. Jump forward I was eating rice and the root canal fell out, when I called him, he stated it was a temporary and I was suppose to come back. I told him no one ever called me and he never said it was a temp. Now here I am trying to find some one to clean up his mess after wasting on that money.

Dr Wang told me I needed two root canals at $1,500 each. I got a second opinion, none needed. Each visit, he found something wrong. I no longer go there. I found a different dentist, that is good.

You NEED to be assertive with your requests and what services you need here. The Doctor is great at his work but he doesn't have people skills or empathy for his patients' sensitivity. It was a bit difficult to setup an appointment with this dental office. Eventually my mom had called and he had setup an appointment within that same week to see me. I needed my wisdom teeth extracted and during the exam he decided he could extract one for me. The receptionist was having a hard time x-raying my teeth and at time it got uncomfortable clenching my teeth as the mouth guard was hurting after awhile. The doctor was very rough handed and hadn't numb me enough. He was also rude and yelled at me when I couldn't open my mouth wider than it was. I felt very violated, disrespected, humiliated, and just overall and horrible experience. After the procedure I honestly wanted to fight him and that's never been my response to anyone. He was unprofessional. Thank god I had the perfect healing process.

They're thorough! I came in just hoping to get a wisdom tooth extracted because it's been bothering me and they did everything they could today and started scheduling the rest. Thanks so much

He did not talk to me. He coughed into his mask several times not more than 12 inches from my open mouth. He clearly did not have any interest in me as a patient.

Do not go to dr. Wang! He also raised his voice at me! the suction tube was not getting the fluid and kept pooling in the back of my mouth. He kept saying louder and louder "put your tongue down! Relax! Relax!" I literally had a panic attack and started crying. He did not care whatsoever! The front office young lady is nice but the doctor is horrible!

The WORST medical experience, actually the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever encountered, ever! I tried to ask questions for clarity on my very first visit and got yelled at and was told to "get out". He even wen as far as calling the cops, all because I was unfamiliar with the insurance and wanted clarification, and he thought I was being rude, though he was the one yelling... HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible. While the dental work was adequate, the receptionist and dentist had zero customer service skills. Then they charged me hundreds even though I have Denti-Cal and they are providers.
