I am very impressed with the skills of Dr. Yang and his assistants. Dr. Yang seems to be very experienced and professional, judging from the way he handled the four crowns and three fillings between myself and my wife. The assistants were well trained and they did a lot of work by themselves. They gave us a treatment folder containing a color diagram of all the teeth, the teeth to be worked on and the corresponding price, and also a copy of the x-ray of all the teeth on a single page. The office staffs were very nice and efficient. The entire office operation seems to be run so professionally. We had a very satisfying experience. Would highly recommend it.

I would have given him five stars. but was put off by the introductory offer execution at my visit. I was told they only do cleanings on Fridays (this was not a Friday visit), however that wasn’t told to me when I made the appt. Then, when the treatment plan and cost was presented to me after the exam, there was no allowance for the cleaning that I was owed. It was indicated that the $720 perio scale & root cleaning would replace that cleaning. Except for the fact that they weren’t initially going to reduce that by the amount I would have been owed for the routine cleaning I missed. They said they would comp the first cleaning in three months, but didn’t seem happy about it. I felt scammed.
