Dr. Wendy McCurdy, DDS

I recently saw Wendy McCurdy after one of my fillings broke. She was so rude, not only to me, but also to her assistant. Her 'bedside' manner leaves a lot to be desired. She spoke to her assistant in a very condescending and demeaning manner. I felt so bad for the girl, and she was quite embarrassed. The dentist tried to laugh it off like it was a joke, but the girl looked very hurt. I did not think it was funny at all. She also kept looking in the mirror while she was talking to me. I felt that she was not actually engaging in conversation with me. I felt like I was a tooth and nothing more to her. She did not treat me like a human at all. She certainly did not treat her assistant like a human.She seemed more interested in her reflection in the mirror than in having an actual conversation with me. I am not sure why she was watching herself while she talked. Not to be mean, but if I were her, I would not want to be looking at my reflection, unless I was trying to decide what plastic

I’m a patient who’s very nervous when going to the dentist, but Dr. McCurdy is always gentle and understanding of my feelings. Amanda was very patient with me and I am very grateful for her assistance in helping me feel comfortable.

It was to do a six month cleaning.

Great techs, always helpful and kind. Dr. McCurdy always comes in with a smile and ask how I'm doing. Checks on anything I ask extra.

I absolutely love this place. All of the Secretaries and assistants are very nice and helpful. I think we all need a Danielle in our life. She was very helpful and encouraging to not only me, but to Dr. McCurdy as well. Chelsey is my Hygienist and she is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this dentist.

I needed a lot of work in my mouth and had been over whelmed by my last dentist , I didn't know where to start and how I was going to pay for it. Dr. McCurdy explained that she would get her staff on it and it would be something that I could do. The insurance lady had broken down the treatment in parts that made it affordable for me. I know I can get my teeth back to where I can eat now without pain .
