Too bad
Doctor Babbio apologized to me for not being prepared for my scheduled appointment but she and her office failed to contact me ahead of time to let me know. I tried to call them multiple times before 4 PM and no one answered the phone. They also sent me a message telling me that I would have to pay a penalty if I missed my appointment only for me to show up and have them not be prepared for my appointment. I had been going to Westfields dental for several years and I expect better treatment as should others.
