Love love this office. My daughter was so nervous about her visit until we walked in to the office. They made her feel welcomed and important. She loved how funny Dr. Todd was, and explained everything in simple terms so she understood everything. If you want the best, choose Dr. Todd.

Such a comfortable and worthwhile experience which is important for people like myself (really self conscious about my smile). Dr. Bivins and all of his friendly and professional staff really do a fantastic job making sure you are comfortable and that you understand the process every step of the way. Even the staff at the front desk and in the office really make you feel at home and even go the extra mile to check up with you. Forget Best of Chesapeake. They are Best of VA without a doubt. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks for EVERYTHING. This smile is going to Hollywood!

There is no one else I would take our three children to for orthodontia work. The staff is amazing and Dr. Todd is the best in the area.
