Dr. William Claiborne, DDS

I called to schedule a consult and the lady said she had to call me back, in which she never did. Called back a week later and I was immediately scheduled. The girl that was supposed to call me back quit. I had my consult visit and the doctor wouldn't hear me out fully. I was told that he would have to contact my other dentist to review my case and they would call me back within 10 days. I tried calling back several times and left messages and they were not returned. It took me 5 weeks to finally get in touch with them to be told that I was being referred out to someone else. They are short-staffed by three people but that is not an excuse not to call a patient back. I've been to this office years ago, and I will not be referring others anymore due to the way I was treated by the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Claiborne since early 2,000's. I love him and his whole staff. They have made me feel like family. Mavis is my Hygienist and is so good. I am never in pain when I leave there. Appointments are easy to make. It is just an all around great office.

I recently had a tooth implant. It went tremendously well. Dr. Claiborne is super conscientious, highly skilled, many years of experience and has a wonderful personality. His staff is well trained and courteous. I will definitely go back to Dr. Claiborne for any Periodontal needs that I have. Great experience. I highly commend him to you.

I just had a tooth extracted by Dr. Claiborne. It was a little complicated since I waited 5 years after the tooth had broken at the gum line. I had avoided having it taken out since I was just scared about the entire procedure. But, let me lay everyone's fears to rest. He did an excellent, quick job of it. I didn't feel ANY pain at all. Just a very small amount of pinching on one of the 5 sticks I got with the needle. But, he focused in right on the tooth and I didn't feel any part of it
