I wanted to give Dr. William Garcia his much deserved flowers. He is beyond knowledgeable, patient and very gentle. I have a serious phobia of dentist and he’s the only DR I have been able to feel safe with. Please don’t ever retire Doc!!!

Dr Garcia was able to see me in a short notice, I'm his state of the art dental office. He was very professional and detailed about my needs.

Questionable Billing Practices. Bellaire Bay Dental had a special promotion for Invisalign ($3,999) to which we had to pay our portion “in full” and up front for our youngest daughter. Approximately two years later, they send me a bill for $335.00. I called their office to dispute the bill and requested a detailed itemized statement of the charges. They never sent an itemized statement as requested and required by law. They have since sent this disputed bill to collections. My insurance has paid them $2799.30, I have paid them $1199.70 which totals to the exact amount of their promotional price of $3999.00. Bellaire Bay Dental has repeatedly contacted my family members regarding this disputed bill. I am a 100% disabled veteran with stomach cancer currently undergoing radiation and chemo treatments.

I called Bellaire Bay Dental Care and they were able to make an appointment the next day to see my son. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My son had 2 wisdom teeth removed in their office instead of me having to take him to an oral surgeon. Bellaire Bay Dental Care billed our insurance and I only had to pay the co-pay amount, instead of paying thousands out-of-pocket and then waiting to get reimbursed by going to an oral surgeon. It was a really good experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia Velasco and Bellaire Bay Dental Care.

Dr Garcia is highly professional and skilled. I had a dental emergency, and despite his full schedule, he took me that day. He was reassuring and calming and immediately put me at ease that he could replace the crown I had broken. His was very thorough and professional and even returned a crown to the lab twice because he was not satisfied with the work they did. He is a top-notch dentist!
