In a dispute over pricing, this man in communication to a third party arbitrator, elected to fire my children as patients, going so far as to say what a great child caring person they would be losing. This was an issue amongst grownups. Obviously his care for children is questionable at best. My suggestion is to steer clear from this worst possible example of mid-life crisis pomposity.
