Not very professional
Did not communicate well and was very condescending. He came across as a bit creepy too. Definitely would not recommend. Seems like they all recommended a lot of unnecessary work too.

Dr. Hiatt made me feel confident that he knew how to do implants which he clearly did not. He cemented the lower dentures to my gums and preceded to pound on my head for 3 1/2 hours only stopping when the staff begged to give me a break. He damaged the lower denture and they have to be replaced. I would not recommend him for any dental care.
