TERRIBLE DENTIST – BEWARE! – MUST READ – My daughter went in for the initial extensive initial consultation with several x-rays before the cleaning appointment. They said everything looked good. Clean bill of dental health. Within just a couple weeks my daughter ended up in excruciating pain from a molar. Midtown Dental would not help us and said she would have to wait three days. Three days when my daughter is in excruciating pain really?!? We ended up at a different dentist for help the very next day. Long story short, her clean bill of health has evolved from possibly needing a filling or at most a crown if they had done their job, to a full blown two stage root canal with a crown costing us thousands of dollars even after insurance. We have made attempts to discuss this with Midtown and with the owner Dr. William Nerestant. Instead of working with us they have retained an attorney! We’re now in the position to file in small claims or hire an attorney. Beware!
