Dr. William Ryan, DDS

I have had several visits addressing a few dental issues. Dr. Ryan has always been direct, caring has set up a proactive plan. Everyone there from the reception to the dental assistants are warm, inviting and caring. I’m not the easiest dental patient and I never feel out of place with his office. Highly recommend this office for your needs

The staff here is really nice, some of the dental assistants are new ish it seems to the industry, but very nice! Dr Ryan's bedside manner is uh...not the best but if you don't mind an extremely dry and straight forward person then it's not too bad. He gets the job done well and that's what matters. There are also other dentists that they have on staff as well if that doesn't fit you.

The entire staff is friendly and patient. They understand people with dental anxiety and take time to talk to you and calm any anxiousness. They’re attentive and professional. You’re met with a warm smile as soon as you enter the office. I highly recommend. They also offer different modes of sedation.

I've been having problems with my top front teeth (four crowns) feeling loose. They did x-rays and an oral exam. The Tech and the Dentist were awesome! Great! new x-ray equipment not like where they have to go into another room to push the button. The dentist (I can't remember his name) spoke in words I could understand, told me the things I had done right over the years (mostly) keeping up with my semi annual dental exams, etc; and the prognosis. He listened and answered any questions I had - was very professional and courteous.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan for more than twenty years. He takes time to thoroughly explain my dental problems, and what is necessary to correct the problem. He and the entire staff always maintain a friendly, professional dental practice. Highly recommend Ryan Dentistry in Keller.

Coming from someone who is not a fan of going to the dentist, Dr. Ryan and his staff are amazing. Thoughtful, thorough, never feel rushed, and they listen to their patients.

All of my visits are excellent. The staff and doctors are wonderful. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes from my appointment time. Highly recommend them.

Went in to have an implant put in, and like all my previous appointments the staff and Dr. Ryan were exceptional. They are all attentive to my needs and answer any question that I ask.
