Dr. Yelena Vinter, DDS

Without fail, every single time I enter this dentist office I am forced to wait AT LEAST 60-80 minutes before even getting seated in a room. With all due respect, if this was a 5 star dentist who does GREAT WORK, I would have no problem waiting, although that’s not the case here!!! The work that was done on my teeth was so bad I had to go to another dentist to fix her lousy work! This dentist practitioner is very arrogant and obnoxious , with no care to her patients but solely focused on money and greed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

My Dad was a patient, paid out of pocket, had complaints. I took him to my dentist, found the work done by Dr. Vinter of very low quality, needing fixing and adjustments. I would not recommend Dr. Vinter to anyone. For the money paid the quality has to be higher.

Complete indifference to the client. Disgusting manner of communication. Arrogant and not attentive. Her work is not professional and requires rework.

Great doctor who actually cares about saving your teeth vs just money.

It really should be a zero rating. Outrageously unprofessional and uncaring attitude toward an older patient. The dentist and her assistant demonstrated utter disrespect to the patient's (my mother) health and well being. My mother is 85 years old and is in very poor health. She was waiting for the dentist's assistant to see her for 40 minutes while the dentist discussed personal stuff with her assistant in front of my mother. My mom's pressure went up because she got that upset with the long wait - even though there were no other patients in front of her. Ultimately, the dentist refused to see my mom because by the time they were ready to see her, my mom's pressure went up and she was having a panic attack. The office did not even apologize to my mom before she left the office, and only offered an apology when I called the office to complain about the situation. I hope other patients will have a better experience - but doctor Vinter should show more concern about her patients.

Waiting time is about 2 hours. This is it! Want to ruin your day? Go ahead! :)
