Dr. Yen Nguyen, DDS

I selected Dr. Yen Nguyen DMD from my Humana provider list, but not before checking her reviews and reviewing her website. I took a chance and have been SO pleased. I had neglected my dental health since the Pandemic and retirement of my former dentist. Decided against choosing former dentist's successor or another family dentist. Have been very pleased. Have had four visits so far to take care of issues from radiographs and cleaning, to fillings and repair of a chipped tooth, and most recently a crown for a broken molar. Have had NO pain or discomfort. The assistants are well skilled, staff pleasant, and just extremely pleased with Dr. Nguyen. Her prices have been absorbed thus far by my Medicare allowance and believe I will be able to get everything done this year that I need to. Feeling positive about my dental health and experience in the dental chair for the first time in years. I have a bad phobia towards dental pain from the past and I no longer fear going to the dentist.

Had my 6-month follow-up the other day. Warmly greeted by wonderful staff, received a good cleaning, lots of smiles and kind words. Great doctor, great staff, great place! Highly recommended!

The rudest dentist and most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. After our second visit. I just assumed she was having a bad day after my first visit, but after the second visit I realized this is her true personality. She comes in the room do what little she can, no smiling, very short with you, no explanations, fills out your chart and leaves it with unskilled staff to explain. Beyond unprofessional.

I couldn't stand the pain in my mouth. My previous dental experiences had been living nightmares. However, every moment at this dental office, with Dr. Nguyen, have been delightful. The staff comforts me and discusses each procedure. I had a root canal performed and experienced no pain! On a separate occasion, I had my old silver fillings replaced with new white ones. I was very pleased with the results. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are friendly and make every effort to encourage a healthy smile!

My husband and I have been in the care of Dr.Nguyen for 10 years.She is an excellent dentist who takes time with her patients and does a thorough evaluation of the patient's dental needs.She doesn't do unnecessary procedures and explains what she thinks you need and why.Her office staff is professional and friendly.Both my husband and I highly recommend Dr.Nguyen's practice.
