Treatment plan not consistent with insurance
my experience was great with Dr. Shah and the hygienist. However, billing was a totally different experience! I was show a treatment plan, told i would have to pay a deductible of almost $600 (which i paid) then received a bill for $744. The insurance company stated they did not submit an explanation of why so many procedures were done so the claim was denied. I call the office three times and to date have not received a call back!

My dental hygienist, Melissa, was super kind and explained everything she was doing as she did it. When Dr Shah came in she was also very clear about presenting me with options and being kind and courteous with her care.

Great Atmosphere
Everyone I encountered from the front desk to the hygienist the Doctor and checkout ladies were friendly, professional and prompt. I felt relaxed and like I was in the hands of very competent people.
