I accidentally ended up in Dr Chien's office when hunting for a dentist. His staff went out of their way to help me out. They were friendly and well trained. Dr Chien is an excellent dentist, wonderful chairside manner, and skilled in dentistry. I had a dentist, who was unavailable and did not return my emergency calls. I feel it was a stroke of luck that I walked into Dr Chien's office that day.

Took my 3yr old in for a white spot(warning sign for caries). He told me don't use floride and did nothing but referred us to W.Dent. I recently I went for extraction. He took x-rays then referred me to W.Dent. He's either lazy and milking MediCal insurance or he has a relative employed by Western Dental. They're both shady practices tha cause or prolong problems in order to milk insurance companies.
