Dr Moore is absolutely Amazing. She put so much care and concern in my overall health that I was so grateful to have her as a Periodontist. I trusted her and every recommendation she made. Her staff is equally amazing. They are all so compassionate and caring. I had Osseous Surgery in January. The level of care during the entire process put me at ease. I can’t thank Dr. Moore and her staff enough.

I recently had a periodontal appointment with Dr. Moore at the Snellville Great Expressions, and the experience left me deeply disheartened. Despite a positive initial impression with the staff, Dr. Moore's conduct was unprofessional and lacked the empathy one expects in a healthcare professional. Dr. Moore's dismissive attitude, aggressive tone, and loud discussion of my treatment plan were distressing. As someone addressing neglected oral health, her insensitivity only heightened my embarrassment. When expressing concerns about the cosmetic impact of suggested extractions for my customer-facing job, Dr. Moore's response was dismissive but also attracted unwanted attention from others in the office. Feeling judged and demeaned, I decided to end the evaluation. Dr. Moore's subsequent degrading remarks in the waiting area, witnessed by my child, were not only unprofessional but left me questioning the level of care.

Dr. Moore and her staff are very professional, caring, kind, personable. My daughter unfortunately had to have oral surgery and from the first consultation visit to her surgery, Dr. Moore made her feel at ease. I am tremendously pleased with the level of service and care we have received. They kept talking to my daughter throughout the entire procedure and she barely felt the needle sticks. I appreciate everyone to making her feel comfortable (after a previous bad experience with another dentist). The music playing during the procedure made the visit even more comfortable.Hands down, 100% top notch service!

Hands down the best dental experience ever!! Personable, knowledgeable, skillful periodontist. Love her and her staff. The music, the pleasantries, the encouragement, AND the amount of numbness YOU need to take you thru the procedure. I felt confident in their hands and was not disappointed! It is a pleasure having Dr. Yolanda Moore as my Periodontis. I went back for my post op visit today and again although I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment Dr. Moore and her team were more than early and on the job. Because of their work ethic I was in and out the appointment without delay. My postop instructions were thoroughly demonstrated to ensure understanding. All my questions were a swered.
