I Would not recommend Dr. Kotlyar. He's all about making money and doesn't care about the consequences to the patient. He suggested a procedure that was entirely unnecessary. When I got a second opinion I was told that there is no need to do any of that. I would not come back to Dr. Kotlyar.

Great doctor! Explained everything he was doing and and was very thorough and prompt. No wait time or overbooking appts. Super accommodating and professional.

Very unprofessional dentist avoid at any costs.After root canal my childs gum was infected,now the tooth has to be exracted by a diffrent dentist.

I would never go back there. The front desk is the worst in Brooklyn. They are rude, nasty and unprofessional. The doctor is worse. He doesn't care about his patients at all. The only thing that he does is treating his narcissism. He did nothing good to my teeth. He didn't want to answer any of my questions; he didn't explain what was the condition of teeth; at the end when I said that I would like to know what he does in my mouth he told me to mind my own business.
