Dr. Zeb Poindexter III, DDS

I was treated awful. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I have never in my entire life been treated this awful by any health professional. Going to this man was unacceptable, unbelievable and an experience I will never forget !!

I had a very good experience in Dr. Poindexter's office. His office staff showed patience with me since I was a bit late for my scheduled appointments. Furthermore, my initial visit was very successful and efficient. Dr. Zeb was calming when he cleaned my teeth and added a bit of humor to abate my fears. He did not pass judgement on me since it had been sometime since I had had my teeth cleaned. I applaud he and his staff for their professionalism and following through with my dental insurance plan for me. Finally, I would like to applaud he and his student dentists and dental assistants for their adherence to the CoVid - 19 protocols. I felt safe in my subsequent visits since I had been vaccinated; distancing, masking, glove-ing up were adhered to in my presence. Only wished I had been invited for lunch after my last visit then I could try out my new partials!

My experience today with Dr Poindexter was extremely uncomfortable. Absolute worst bedside manner that I've ever experience, and the way he spoke to his staff made it an uncomfortable environment.
