Unfortunately customer service is not a priority for this office. I was hoping to schedule a visit for my two kids. The receptionist gave me one time frame. We couldn’t make it at that time frame and when I voiced my concern she called me arrogant and hung up on me. I’ve tried calling back to seek to understand what happened, but no response. What a shame that people are so rude!! I will be taking my business else where.

I had a great experience here! I came here for a second opinion and Dr. Wong gave me a much less invasive and cheaper alternative than the previous dentist I was seeing. He explained everything to me in great detail so I could understand everything thoroughly. Someone I work with recommended him and they also had a wonderful experience with him. I was seen right on time as well.
