Dr. Zhana Krasyuk, DMD

My experience with Galaxy Dental comes into two parts: dental work and business part. I have nothing but deep gratitude for the professionalism and care provided. This impression, however, is marred by the sloppy business part, so here it goes: I selected the office in part because it is "in-network" for my Advantage MC administered by Devoted Health Plan (PPO). I called the office to confirm, then my card was copied for the first appointment in Feb 2023. Once the crown work was in progress, I was told that the office "may not be in the Devoted network anymore". and was charged for the crown. The charge was partially covered by my other insurance, BUT within Devoted network the crown is covered 100%. Since then, at least twice I was told by the business manager that "We are investigating, and I will call you tomorrow". Needless to say, I have not heard from the office. I am afraid that I will not go to Galaxy anymore and will post this account on different sites to warn potential custo

Dr. Krasyuk is a great doctor. All of my family goes there. Easy to get an appointment. I feel safe.

She is like any other dentist, made my problem big worse and got me an implant.
