Does anyone communicate?
Received a text about upcoming appointment. Canceled per directions. Got another text asking to confirm cancellation. Confirmed. Received 3 more messages asking to confirm cancellation, which I did. Day before appointment received 5 calls with voicemails reminding me of appointment. Finally answered and told them I had canceled already. Acted shocked and offended. Then received another call asking if I wanted to reschedule. NO! Today received an email telling me I had missed my appointment and chiding me. Just now, another phone call. For the love! I don?t have time for this. At this point I wouldn?t go back just because of the sheer incompetence in even getting scheduling right.

Trying to charge me over twice the amount of my deductible... Had to walk out without seeing Dr. Watts. They were also trying to charge the man in front of me $170+ and he had Medicare,... He also had to walk out..
