These people only will help you if you go through their testing and procedures, they don't care about your pain, they will not help you if you don't go through test physical therapy injections and what they want you to do. I had a blocked kidney was given some pills and they helped with all over pain, but was told if I didn't go through their routine I would not be helped. So they are in it for money sending you through all the tests make them money and all the other places money. It's a ripoff they don't care about people. I've had a stroke got a leaking heart valve, had back surgery now bone is rubbing bone, both legs go numb, arthritis in my back and hips and hands. But there was no help, I've had injections and therapy, mris CT scans used a tens unit all with no help for my pain, but was turned down because I wouldn't go do all their tests, so it's all about money, I'm 64 years old I'm not a pill taker but that's the only thing that helps with all my problems. Would rate them 0.

Despite having a good reputation, the service I received fell short of my expectations.Rushed consultation: When I finally saw the doctor, the consultation felt rushed, and my concerns were not fully addressed.Lack of clear communication: The doctor's explanation of my condition and treatment plan was unclear, leaving me with more questions than answers.Remedies: Told would last a year after the 2nd shot, but both times the shot only worked for that first 24hrs then nothing. Recommendation:While I understand that mistakes can happen, I would caution others to expect a similar experience. Dr Rimmi was attentive and explained the treatment plan. We didn't feel rushed, friendly faces and atmosphere.

The lady that gives you sedation SUCKS! She NEVER gives enough no matter how big you are so you feel every jab of the needle!! She also bruises my hand with her IV! She doesn’t put any thing to freeze it.

I've had 6 appts (2 office visits and 4 treatment) with 2 additional treatment and 1 office appt scheduled. Very satisfied with care and staff. Appt waiting time can be lengthy but overall acceptable based on other physicians. Recommend!

My doctor's visit was short and the staff was amazing

Nurse practioners and nursing assistance and office personnel are very nice. Listen to what you say or ask. They pursue issues if you have them.

I needed to get some information and get a procedure scheduled. Dana is always concerned about what is going on with my problem areas.

Dr. Rimmi is excellent with this procedure. He talks with you and answers any all questions. you will feel some pain but mostly from the pressure placed on my back. My procedure only takes about 10 minutes. Dr. Rimmi does my procedures and I rate him a 10

Ashley actually listens to my concerns and addresses them. Her bedside manor is impeccable! She never rushes our visit and seems genuinely concerned when I’m having an issue.

Everything was fast and efficient! The staff was kind and informative with all my questions. Dr. Rimmey is an excellent doctor. He is kind and compassionate. He also listens to me and hears what I say before drawing his collusions. I would and have already recommended Clearway!
